Wheels of Engagement at Excelsior Springs Farmers Market

Meet deputies and detention officers at First Responder Night at Excelsior Springs Farmers Market on Sept. 23. They'll be there with the Wheels of Engagement, a trailer stocked with yard games, sports equipment and interactive activities to bring people together. Participants can even play games on the exterior of the trailer itself.
